Jamie Parker
Director
Before co-founding Kodu, Jamie spent 7 years with TangoZebra (Europe's leading Rich Media vendor now Google Doubleclick) working at the forefront of digital advertising, developing both the Rich Media and Creative segments of the business. Jamie worked with media owners/agencies and TangoZebra's internal tech team creating several pioneering ad formats, many of which form the cornerstone of online advertising today.
He's worked with brands such as P&G, Vodafone, NatWest, RBS, Guinness and Financial Times to create cutting edge campaigns and content services across Europe.

Hugh Johnson
Client Services Director
Hugh has over ten years client service experience across a wide range of industry sectors including automotive, financial services, FMCG, telecommunications, sports broadcast and online gaming. During his career Hugh has worked across the spectrum of creative agencies - Direct, Integrated, ATL and Digital. Hugh started his career at Marketing Drive (IPG) on the agency's biggest account, Chrysler Jeep, before moving to WPP integrated shop Red Cell Response to work on brands including Fiat, Insight Investment (HBOS), Axa and British Telecom.
In 2005 Hugh moved to Melbourne, Australia where he worked at George Patterson Y&R, Clemenger BBDO and Proximity, on brands such as NAB (National Australia Bank), Masterfoods and Primus Telecom. Hugh returned to the UK in 2007 and joined Mat and Paul at IPG integrated agency Momentum, as the agency's Digital Account Director working on the Eurosport and Bernard Matthews accounts. Hugh joined Kodu in November 2008 as Client Services Director.
Hugh is responsible for a number of Kodu's key client relationships including; Eurosport, Robert Dyas, Epsom Downs Racecourse, Discovery Channel and overseeing inter-agency relationships, whilst also managing the Kodu client services team.

Owen Davies
Group Account Director
With 10 years experience Owen has worked across multiple marketing disciplines for leading integrated agencies including Carlson Marketing Group, Brewer Blackler, Attention and now Kodu. Owen has worked for the group for three and a half years.
During his career Owen has had the opportunity to work on numerous leading brands including Nescafe, Stella Artois, McCain, Carling and RBS. During his time at Carlson, Owen worked in the Sydney office for 6 months working with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia on their loyalty programme.
As a Group Account Director at Kodu he heads up the BP Castrol, LG and PUMA accounts. Recent projects include a digitally led pan-European promotion leveraging Castrol's sponsorship of FIFA World Cup 2010™, and a campaign for LG harnessing the latest digital technology demonstrating the multimedia credentials of the new LG Chocolate BL40 device through its association with the ground-breaking film AVATAR.

Samantha Keith
Project Manager
After graduating with a BA in Media and Cultural Studies from Sussex University, Sam began her career working for a number of small boutique PR agencies, across a range of accounts including health and fitness, fashion and consumer tech brands.
Sam joined Momentum as an Account Executive in 2007, dividing her time across the sponsorship and digital teams working on a variety of accounts including Nokia, Eurosport and Bernard Matthews before moving to the digital team full time, delivering eCRM campaigns, web design / development and digital ad campaigns.
Sam joined Kodu as a Project Manager in November 2008, working across a range of clients including Financial Times, Epsom Downs Racecourse, Storm and Shooting Star. Sam is responsible for the planning of all digital projects and co-ordinating all creative production.

Terry Summerbell
Account Manager
After graduating with a marketing degree and spending a few years pursuing musical interests, Terry became an account handler at Kodu Digital.
Terry has worked on the accounts of some of Kodu's biggest clients including LG Mobile, Eurosport and Discovery Channel.
His fields of experience include websites, Facebook apps, iPhone/iPad apps, UGC content and SEM campaigns.
Terry is most excited by the digital industry's unremitting innovation, creativity and unpredictability.
In his spare time Terry is a keen guitar player and music fan. He also enjoys books by Kurt Vonnegut and George Orwell, films by David Lynch and Espresso Martinis.

Cara Hamment
Project Manager
After studying English Literature and Fine Art, Cara embarked on a career in Publishing; working across advertising, editorial, and design. After 2 years, a year out beckoned to cure oneself of ‘the travel bug’ and fulfill any bungy jumping and sky diving urges.
Money splurged and in search of a new challenge, Cara sped back to London. In an epiphany somewhere between Fiji and London, Cara realised her future and passion was in the Digital realm, and has not looked back since. After 3 years spent developing and managing creative digital strategies and projects, Cara joined the Kodu team as Digital Project Manager in April 2011. As well as loving her job, Cara likes music, art, sports, dogs and long romantic walks. GSOH

Rachel Archer
Project Manager
Rachel graduated with a BA Politics in 2007. Rachel then swiftly moved to Japan, where she discovered soba noodles, Japanese style snowboarding and the world of kabuki.
Quickly she realised her dream was back in London into the world of digital. Rachel is still heavily influenced by all-things Japanese & likes to keep up-to-date with the latest trends & blogs - it's twitterific.
Rachel works as a Project Manager at Kodu. Planning and managing clients marketing strategies, such as Saliena, Optimum Nutrition, Veuve Clicquot and Epsom Downs.

Matt Booy
Head of Technology
Matt graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Computer Systems/Electrical Engineering from JCU in Townsville, Australia. He moved to Sydney and spent 7 years at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) working on a variety of large scale digital projects for their radio and television divisions.
Looking for adventures abroad, Matt moved to the UK mid-2008 where he freelanced at numerous leading digital agencies in London before joining Kodu.
Matt Booy is Head of Technology at Kodu, creating websites in html and Flash, content management systems (CMS), databases and data capture mechanisms, and complex 3D graphics applications. He has worked on everything that has come through the doors at Kodu, including LG's innovative digital campaign for its partnership with the movie Avatar, Castrol's pan-European World Cup Moments campaign and Puma's virtual interactive retail sites.

John Hudson
Developer
John came to London from Middlesbrough as a fresh graduate without a job or a place to live, and found both in his first few days off the train. Joining Kodu as an intern and then as a full-time Junior Developer, John slotted in well to professional London life and has now worked on projects for Eurosport, FT.com and Robert Dyas among others.
In addition to his degree in Web Design, John also holds a PADI scuba diving qualification, and enjoys this and various other sports in his spare time. A big Boro football fan, John's first week at Kodu got even better when he bumped into the former Boro legend Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink whilst on a Kodu staff social day. It seemed that everything had got that bit sunnier down south.
John is a junior developer working in HTML, CSS, Flash, PHP, Javascript and Photoshop. John has worked on several projects including The Financial Times, Eurosport and Chicagotown.

Alex Mulder
Head of Design
All the way from Auckland, New Zealand, Alex came to London after studying Art & Design and developing a highly-skilled grasp of Photoshop.
Alex is a positive, energetic character who aside from his digital design talents, also loves playing rock guitar and jamming in bands. He is all about loving art, loving music and loving London, and he puts all that passion and energy into his work.
Alex is Head of Design at Kodu working mainly with Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator. He has designed websites, online ads and applications for Puma, Financial Times, Volkswagen and Discovery among others.

Jamie Nicoll
Designer
Since studying Graphic Design, Jamie has gone on to build up an impressive portfolio of prestigious clients including Sky TV, Merlin Entertainments, Hilton Hotels and Ripley's Believe It or Not!
As well as being highly creative he also has the background and experience that takes into account attention to detail and an awareness of production pitfalls. Jamie is always on the lookout for new and innovative approaches to design in every aspect. He has an excellent eye for branding and all things creative. Imaginative and perfectionist. Experienced in print, web and digital design.
Jamie is a digital designer at Kodu working with Flash, Photoshop and html to design and create websites, online ads and applications. He has worked on campaigns for Aberdeen Asset Management, Discovery, Shooting Star CHASE and Saliena among others.

Mark Rix
Designer
Graduating in May 2010, Mark joined Kodu Digital as an intern and became part of the team as a full time junior designer. Since working at Kodu, Mark has worked on various projects such as Financial Times, Robert Dyas, JVC, Puma and more. Mark fits in comfortably at Kodu and is keen to learn and progress as much as possible.
Mark graduated from UCA in Epsom with a national diploma in Art and Design and a BA Hon's in Graphic Design: New Media. He's passionate about design and always looks to differentiate and be as innovative as possible. Mark's other passions lay within sport. Mark is an avid footballer and loves sunday mornings!
Mark is a junior digital designer at Kodu working with Flash, Photoshop and After Effects to design and create websites, online ads, apps and everything creative.

Paul Robinson
Financial Director
Paul is our Finance Director, and tries hard not to fit the mould of a typical accountant. Paul is a qualified accountant (FCCA) - the global body for professional accountants.
Paul's first finance role in marketing was that of financial accountant, for Purchasepoint Group, now part of Euro RSCG Skybridge, where he was responsible for local and head office reporting to the then Lopex plc. He gained excellent people skills really getting to grip with the finances and helping the account teams understand their figures.
Paul joined Dynamo Marketing Group in 2000 as Group Financial Controller and was promoted to Finance Director in 2004. During his time as FD, the group had three different owners within 12 months and Paul was responsible for all the financial information during this time.
In 2006 Paul was asked to join previous colleagues to set up a new marketing group, the Contact Group (now WSM Group), where he set up the total finance function for the group and assisted the CFO in due diligence on prospective acquisitions. The group currently has trading entities of Velvet Consultancy, Avantgarde Marketing, WSM Sponsorship and Kodu Digital Marketing. Paul became dedicated FD of Kodu in 2009, although he still overseas the other group companies in his role of Group Financial Controller.

Neerav Patel
Assistant Accountant
Neerav has been working within finance at marketing agencies for over 6 years. He joined The Contact Group (now WSM Group) in 2007 and has been with Kodu since February 2008.
Neerav is passionate about football, and as a player reached a very high standard before injury forced him to retire completely from the game. Despite this, Neerav still remains active and enjoys playing a variety of sports.
Neerav is the Assistant Accountant at Kodu, assisting the senior financial team with important day-to-day financial tasks such as invoicing, purchasing etc.
