What did we do:
Developed an online advertising campaign (various formats) to support the launch of the Samsung U600 on the O2 network.
The predecessor of the Samsung U600 handset had a usability issue whereby people trying to make calls or use the menu found it difficult to distinguish if they’d made a call or properly pressed the touch screen buttons. As a product upgrade, Samsung introduced a vibration feature when the touch screen keys are activated.
To dramatise this product enhancement the digital creative included an animated pulse from the touch screen button and the ad inventory shook to communicate the vibrating feature.
