Mat Kiddie - Managing Director
Before joining Kodu, Mat co-founded Rainmaker London in 2007, which joined forces with Kodu in December 2008. Previously, Mat spent two years as UK Digital Director at Momentum Worldwide (part of McCann World Group / IPG), sitting on the UK Management Board. Prior to that, Mat spent six years at Grasshopper as Client (Board) Director responsible for growing Grasshopper’s digital offering and running the online business for the likes of BBCi, RFU.com, T-Mobile UK & International, Bradford & Bingley online and other integrated accounts with a heavy online bias such as Siemens mobile, LG mobile, Eurosport and Teletext.
Mat’s career started on integrated account work for Mars and Coca-Cola at Admark in Melbourne/Australia and then One 2 One (now T-Mobile) at Brewer Blackler (now part of Carlson Marketing) in London. Through interest and opportunity Mat’s career took on a digital focus cutting his teeth on the launch of the Premium TV network of Premiership, Football League and SPL official club sites whilst working within the Ogilvy & Mather Network back in 1998. Since then it’s been digital all the way.

Paul Harrison - Creative Director
In February 2007 Paul formed Rainmaker London with Mat Kiddie having previously worked together at Momentum Worldwide where Paul was the Digital Creative Director for the UK. In December 2008 Rainmaker joined forces with Kodu when it became part of
The Contact Group.
Paul has spent the past 18 years working at leading integrated agencies including 141 International, Red Cell Response and Carlson Marketing on both UK and international accounts. He’s worked across a variety of clients within many industries including automotive, financial, alcohol, cigarettes and airlines while gaining extensive knowledge in various fields of communication including direct marketing and sales promotion.
Over the past 5 years he has been heavily involved in digital activity. With his roots as an Art Director everything Paul creates must have an idea behind it. Anyone can make a site pretty, but it's finding that special motivation that will drive people to the site and keep them coming back that Paul thrives on.

Jamie Parker - Director
Before starting Kodu, Jamie spent 7 years with TangoZebra (Europe’s leading Rich Media vendor now Google Doubleclick) working at the forefront of digital advertising, developing both the Rich Media and Creative segments of the business. Jamie worked with media owners/agencies and Tangozebra’s internal tech team creating several pioneering ad formats, many of which form the cornerstone of online advertising today.
He’s worked with brands such as P&G, Vodafone, NatWest, RBS, Guinness and Financial Times to create cutting edge campaigns and content services across Europe.

Hugh Johnson - Client Services Director
Hugh’s career has been spent exclusively agency-side, providing him with eight years of client service experience across a wide range of industry sectors including automotive, financial services, FMCG, telecommunications, sports broadcast and online gaming. During his career Hugh has worked across the spectrum of creative agencies - Direct, Integrated, ATL and Digital, forming a holistic and joined up approach to client communications – ensuring the work is always brand focused and results driven.
Hugh started his career (2000) in the UK, at Marketing Drive (IPG) on the agency’s biggest account, Chrysler Jeep, working on a series of integrated campaigns involving Press, Outdoor, DM, Retail and Digital. Hugh then moved to WPP integrated shop Red Cell Response where he worked on such brands as Fiat, Insight Investment (HBOS), Axa and British Telecom, delivering brand advertising, direct marketing and experiential communications.
In 2005 Hugh moved to Melbourne, Australia where he worked at George Patterson Y&R, Clemenger BBDO and Proximity, on brands such as NAB (National Australia Bank), Masterfoods and Primus Telecom. During this time he worked on various brand campaigns, deployed through both traditional ATL and digital media. It was in Australia that Hugh really cut his teeth in Digital, co-ordinating high profile digital ad campaigns and the design and build of brand websites.
Hugh returned to the UK in 2007 and joined Mat and Paul at IPG integrated agency Momentum, as the agency’s Digital Account Director working on the Eurosport and Bernard Matthews accounts, delivering ECRM campaigns, web design / development and digital ad campaigns.

Ravi Nath - Technical Lead
After graduating with a BA in Software Systems for the Arts and Media, Ravi started his career in e-learning working for the likes of Nike, Dell, Toshiba, Canon, NRG (Ricoh) and the FA. After honing his digital skills as a designer and programmer he moved on to working for himself and has worked in France as well as the UK.
Before joining Kodu Ravi was Digital Group Head at Momentum Worldwide (McCann Worldgroup / IPG) working in the UK digital team as technical leader on the Boots, Microsoft, HP, Genworth Financial, Unilever, UBS and GSK digital accounts.

Katie Jackson - Head of Digital Production
After graduating from UCL with a Masters Degree in the History of Art, Katie began her career at Euro RSCG as an interactive production manager. Within this role she managed the workflow and production of major web design and build projects for clients including Abbey National, Cadbury’s COI, Euro Tunnel, Intel and The London Tourist Board. She was also able to complete her training in ‘Prince 2 Project Management’.
This experience then gave her the chance to seize a new opportunity in New York where she used her production knowledge to introduce efficient working processes at the Financial Services Authority in Manhattan. This led to another challenge working for The Novo Arts Consultancy. Here Katie was able to combine her project management knowledge with her love of the arts and her art
history education.
On returning to London Katie worked at POD 1, where she helped increase profits by developing efficient working processes in her role as project manager. These numerous projects included such high profile brands as Pipex, Killik & Co and UNIQLO.
Katie is a welcome new addition to the Kodu team where her expertise ensures that working processes are on budget and on time. As you would expect from someone in Katie’s position, she is meticulous and pragmatic but also a lot of fun.

Samantha Keith - Account Manager
After graduating with a BA in Media and Cultural Studies from Sussex University, Sam began her career working for a number of small boutique PR agencies, across a range of accounts including health and fitness, fashion and consumer tech brands.
In 2007, Sam joined Momentum as an Account Executive, working across the sponsorship and digital teams on a variety of accounts including Nokia, Eurosport and Bernard Matthews before moving to the digital team full time, delivering eCRM campaigns, web design / development and digital ad campaigns.
Sam joined Kodu as an Account Manager in November 2008 and is now the key client contact on the Bernard Matthews account co-ordinating all creative production.

Dave McCann – Digital PR Account Manager
Dave brings nearly 5 years PR agency experience to Kodu, having graduated from Cardiff University in 2004. As a new member of the team, he has a broad scope of PR expertise across both traditional and digital media channels and brings with him a significant record of achievement. He has a history of delivering a range of initiatives for his clients, from event management and sponsorship, to copy writing, product/company launches and print and online media relations.
Throughout his career, Dave has driven international PR and media relations activities in the FMCG, Consumer Technology, Telecommunications and Lifestyle sectors and has been responsible for generating substantial print, broadcast and digital media coverage across those industries. He has worked on a large mix of brands including Avaya, BIC, GSM Association, Logic3 and Mars.

Terry Summerbell - Account Executive
Terry began his career in digital communications at Kodu, joining as Account Executive in March 2009.
After graduating with a BA (Hons) Marketing degree in 2003, Terry spent the next five years pursuing musical interests, starting with a college diploma in music production & sound engineering. Terry’s musical activities have included composing music for TV and radio ads, touring with bands and carrying out extensive online music promotion and social networking activity.
It was this exposure to digital marketing and technologies that ignited Terry’s passion for the digital medium, which has now taken over music to become his primary interest.
Terry is working on developing a comprehensive knowledge of the digital space, from strategies and business models through to technologies and digital graphic design.

Matt Booy - Senior Developer
Our resident Aussie, Matt graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Computer Systems/Electrical Engineering from JCU in Townsville, Australia. He moved to Sydney and spent 7 years at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) working on a variety of large scale digital projects for their radio and television divisions.
Looking for adventures abroad, Matt moved to the UK mid 2008 where he freelanced at numerous leading digital agencies in London before joining Kodu.

Chris Norman - Senior .net developer
Chris is an experienced .NET developer and solution architect with over 10 years experience working on the Microsoft platform with a particular focus on asp.net and web technologies. Chris has been a Microsoft Certified Professional for more than 5 years and continually develops his skills in emerging web technologies, both Microsoft and
open source.
Chris' experience is wide ranging, including solution design and deployment for projects as wide ranging as enterprise level Microsoft CRM installations, commercial ecommerce sites, and architecture and development for enterprise grade Software as a Service (SaaS) applications.
Chris has worked on projects for a wide range of household names including the RAC group, Boots, Nespresso, Boxfresh clothing, National Express Group and Vodafone.

Alex Fleming - Senior Digital Designer
Alex joined Kodu in June 2008 as a Senior Digital Designer bringing his wealth of experience in Rich Media and digital content production.
Before Kodu, Alex spent 4 years at Tangozebra working in the creative team delivering cutting edge campaigns for the likes of Adidas, Swatch, NatWest, RBS, Guinness and The FT. He’s also worked on a large mix of mainstream brands such as Swatch, Ford, Gillette, RBS and NatWest.

David Sidhom - Designer
Dave graduated with a BAhons in Graphic Design at University College for Creative Arts (UCCA) in 2006, exhibiting his final major project at D&AD. After graduating, he began his career at TFW printers, where he gained valuable experience and discovered a passion for print processes.
Dave then worked as a runner in a number of big agencies including Mother and McCann, supporting the creative teams in their day-to-day activities. Dave joined Rainmaker/Kodu as a designer in January 2008 after being ‘discovered’ by Ravi, producing work for a wide variety of clients including print and digital media campaigns and logo design.
In his spare time Dave produces and mixes live visuals at events with DJ Collective ‘Cardboardboss’.

Ben Little - Strategist
Ben started his career in advertising at McCann Erickson where he worked in the business development department for five years in both the London and EMEA divisions with successful wins such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Capital One Bank and Nikon.
He also worked on the Coca-Cola and Microsoft accounts before joining Boymeetsgirl (interdisciplinary agency founded by Andy Law) as Marketing and Special Operations Director in early 2004.
Along with creative partners Wayne and Tom, Ben started working with the Kodu team whilst at Momentum Worldwide where he has developed international campaigns for global brands BMW/MINI, American Express, Bacardi-Martini, Unilever Heartbrand and Hewlett Packard.
Now at Kodu, Ben now divides his time between creative development, strategy and planning.

Wayne Guthrie - Copy Writer
Wayne started his career in advertising in 1991 as photographer with Rapport Photo Agency. Based in Singapore he worked throughout Australasia on clients including Singapore Airlines, Temasek Corporation and Anchor Beer.
In 1996 he changed direction and began working on the agency side as a creative, firstly in Australia and later, London. Following stints at Bates London and Springer & Jacoby - where he was group creative head on the Daimler Chrysler corporate account - he helped establish Boymeetsgirl, during which time he met and started working as a creative team with Ben and Tom. Since leaving Boymeetsgirl in 2005, Wayne has worked as a freelance creative consultant in London, Berlin, New York and Barcelona.
Along with creative partners Ben and Tom, Wayne started working with the Kodu team whilst at Momentum Worldwide where he has developed international campaigns for global brands BMW/MINI, American Express, Bacardi-Martini, Unilever Heartbrand and Hewlett Packard.

Tom Hodgson - Content Strategist
Prior to joining the Kodu team, Tom worked as a Creative Executive at David Heyman's Heyday Films (producers of the HARRY POTTER franchise) and worked across the company's slate of film and television projects, both in LA and London, including THE BOY IN THE STRIPED PYJAMAS, IS THERE ANYBODY THERE?, and YES MAN.
Tom joined the interdisciplinary creative agency Boymeetsgirl in 2004 as a strategic planner reporting to the director of strategy, Chris Chalk. Tom worked across the agency's accounts before leaving Boymeetsgirl to join Heyday Films.
Along with creative partners Ben and Wayne, Tom started working with the Kodu team whilst at Momentum Worldwide where he has developed international campaigns for global brands BMW/MINI, American Express, Bacardi-Martini, Unilever Heartbrand and Hewlett Packard.
Tom graduated from Gonville & Caius College Cambridge with a double first in History. In 2003-4 he won a scholarship to Harvard as a Frank Knox Memorial Fellow.
